The Oceanique cellar contains a wide spectrum of varietal offerings with an outstanding collection of rare Champagne, Burgundy and Bordeaux. Our cellar not only holds some 900 selections at a precise 57° and 64% humidity, it strives to offer something special for every dish, every person, and every occasion.
